Baby Boomers are finding our that Costa Rica has one of the highest standards of living in Latin America with a purchasing power that is much greater than in the United States or Canada. 

Costa Rica is truly a bargain compared to most places in the world.

Baby Boomers living In Costa Rica will enjoy a higher standard of living and get more for our money than they will in the United States, Canada and Europe.

A couple can live well on $1200 a month, and live in luxury for $2000. Remember, two in Costa Rica, can often live as cheaply as one.

Housing in middle-class Costa Rican neighborhoods is substantially less than what it does in the United States. Hired help is a bargain with a full-time maid costing only a couple of hundred dollars per month. Utilities-telephone service, electricity, and water- cost about 30% of what they do in the U.S.

You never need to heat your home because of Costa Rica's warm climate. You need not cook with gas, since most stoves are electric.
